  • What mode of payment do you accept?

    We accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Peercoin, Darkcoin, Blackcoin, Mastercoin, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover), and Wire transfer. Please contact us to arrange payment.

  • Do you accept per project basis?

  • How much does it cost to build a website?

    Project cost depends on the project complexity and scale. Contact us to discuss your project. We will happy to assist you.

  • Is my money refundable if I cancel the service?

    For Full time virtual employee:

    After one month period working with our virtual employee. You can cancel the service anytime, all charges will be pro rated.

     

    For per project basis:

    Our customer relation officer will be assisting you for refund. As long as the claim is valid, we are happy to return the exact amount.

    Will not be honor all fraudulent claims and cancelled projects due to personal issues.

  • I wanted to rehire the same virtual employee that I used to work with. Is that possible?

    We cannot guarantee the availability of the virtual employee, since we only allowed 1:1 ratio. This maintain the high quality of service we rendered.

  • Can I replace employee if we don’t work out?

    Although, this is very rare case. We allowed replacement of virtual employee as formal letter received by our customer relation officer.

    But replacement of virtual employee will  take a while, depending on the availability.

  • Is there an upfront or set-up fee?

    Yes. Set-up fee is the fund that we will be using to purchase the technology needed by your virtual employee. Set-up fee is equivalent to the one (1) month rate of the employee.

  • How much does it cost to hire virtual employees?
